I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. The guy at the front desk was very nice and friendly, but when it comes to actually buying a vehicle, I would definitely stay away from this place. The owner offered me a trade-in deal for my vehicle that was $12,000 less than what other dealerships were offering me. Luckily, I didn't fall for it. This is exactly why it's so important to shop around and compare offers. Before I left, he made me another offer and told me, "This offer is only good right now. Once you walk out that door, it's off the table." It sounded very tempting, but even with that offer, I would still have lost $8,000 on the trade-in. On top of that, their vehicle prices were higher than those at another location of the same dealership group. My advice: Always get at least 2–3 quotes before making a decision. Don't fall for the classic sales pressure tactic of "I can give you this deal, but only if you take it right now." Take your time, do your research, and don't let anyone pressure you into making a bad financial decision.

I had an appointment. I show up on time. This is for an oil change. Very few vehicles in the bay. All of a sudden other cars appear. My wait time is 1.5 hrs. The service tech that is supposed to keep me updated says it will be soon! We are trying to get you out of here. Then he says they repairs my recall. That only took 10 mins it is a computer thing. I say ok well that will be good. While he has it in the computer can you have him update the tablet since I have been waiting so Long. He say sure I will have him check it. On the 2024 compass models they don’t have a switch for the heated seat control. It is located on the tablet and mine is missing. I look up the Vin number on the Jeep molar site and yes mine has them. After 2.5 hours the service guys says well your tablet isn’t showing that you have the heated seats. I said Yes it needs to be updated so it will show up. He says well I. Any tell if you have them I would have to do research. It took me less and 3 mins to check my vin! He never did tell the actual mechanic that I requested the update! He didn’t give a crap about my time! He tried to lie to me several times! I the. Asked what oil that they used in my compass 5W30? He didn’t know. He looked at the paper and started to read. He also took off with my cell phone with the app where I had purchased the oil change voucher. Never have I ever been so angry with a dealership! The salesman were great they kept trying to get me to trade my car in. Speedy oil change? lol This gave me a horrible taste in my mouth. They also offered me $10,000 to buy my $20,000 car. lol I declined! Geez I love my 2024 Jeep Compass so glad I bought it in Tennessee!

My husband bought a car from them. They put all sorts of warranties and coverages in the amount of $8,000 on top of the price of the car without asking my husband. Most of it could not be cancelled. What a scam! If you buy a car from them, read very carefully what you sign. They can't be trusted.

All process was very quick and Sid was super nice and helpful!

We had a great experience with Tyler, our salesperson, but unfortunately, the service department has completely ruined our opinion of this dealership. My mother purchased a Dodge Durango that came with a warranty. When she called about an issue, Scott, the service manager, showed very little compassion and told her not to “freak out” and that it would get fixed. She was a customer with a legitimate concern, not someone who deserved to be talked to that way. My mother even had to use her own insurance to tow the vehicle to the dealership. The communication afterward was absolutely TERRIBLE. The vehicle was randomly brought back to our house with NO phone call or notification to my mother or me, despite them having multiple contact numbers for both of us. Thank goodness I happened to be home when a woman showed up banging on our front door to drop it off. When I asked if anyone had contacted my mother, she said, “I’m not sure. I was just told to bring it down here.” ARE YOU SERIOUS? What would have happened if nobody had been home? Would they have just left the keys on the porch? My mother has continued trying to get answers, yet nobody from the service department has even bothered to call her and explain what happened. Instead, communication has been limited to text messages. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. Scott, as a service manager, you should understand that communication, compassion, and accountability are the bare minimum. Customers should not have to chase down answers about their own vehicles, especially when the vehicle is under warranty. Tyler was great, and I want to give credit where it is deserved. However, the service department has completely overshadowed that positive experience. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Castle Rock, DO BETTER. Selling a vehicle is one thing; standing behind it and treating customers with respect afterward is what truly matters. Based on this experience, I would seriously hesitate to recommend this dealership.

Made an appointment to test drive a car and received confirmation. Arrived at the appointment to find out the sales manager took the car to his house over the weekend and the car was not on site. Wasted my time and gas to drive to the dealership for a confirmed appointment only to find the sales manager is using it for his personal commuter? Originally, I would have given a different review for the purchase of our new vehicle. It was fast, easy, and smooth and we had great customer service from the sales team at that time-as they were taking our money!!! HOWEVER, since we bought our new $90,000 truck, our experience has been horrible after the purchase. We have been extremely loyal Ford customers and have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and its sister dealership. Most recently, we purchased a brand-new $90,000 Ford truck from Castle Rock Ford and another truck from their sister company-Chevy/GMC Castle Rock within a few months of each other. The brand new truck from Castle Rock Ford, experienced a major engine failure, and the dealership has now had our brand-new vehicle for over a month. The whole engine needs to be replaced in the truck. We were told that if they offered us any kind of loaner or rental, that Ford would charge us, so we were out of a vehicle for over a month and had to make other arrangements. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment has not only been the engine failure on a brand new truck—it has been the customer service we've received since the sale. We have had to repeatedly call to get information and try to speak with the sales manager, Ryan. The manager has not returned ANY of our calls, and we have been left feeling like we simply don't matter now that the dealership has our $90,000. We have spoken to many other sales reps to try to get in touch with Ryan without any follow through. We have been able to speak to Ryan a few times, but that is because we continued to call, not because he ever called us back after leaving multiple messages with other people and on his voicemail. This is horrible customer service. Gary in service, however has been amazing at communicating with us about our truck. He calls with updates but we had many questions that he could not answer and therefore, we were referred to Ryan, the sales manager. So, I want to acknowledge that Gary in service did a great job. We understand that mechanical problems can happen. What is much harder to understand is the lack of communication and follow-through from a dealership that just sold us a brand-new $90,000 vehicle. Our previous experience with this dealership was positive enough that we continued to give them our business. Unfortunately, this experience has made us question that loyalty. After being such loyal Ford customers and spending a significant amount of money with this dealership, we expected to be treated like valued customers—not like the relationship ended once the sale was completed. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has seriously affected our confidence in both the dealership and Ford. We hope the dealership takes this situation seriously and recognizes that customer service should continue long after the purchase agreement is signed.

We had been looking for a truck that was the right one for us for about 2 years. We found the truck that we bought today and drove 4 hours to get there. The salesman Jack was absolutely amazing, he was knowledgeable, honest, integrity and no pressure sales by Jack, he gave us as much information about the truck before we drove all that way. He seems like a long time friend and we really liked him. We absolutely love the staff there, the new vehicle sales manager, Scott Brunelle was also amazing. He was friendly and very personable he new information about the San Luis Valley where we live and so nice. The finance manager, Nick Solas worked very hard to get us the best interest rate and the payment that we wanted, and we really liked him as well. They have one of the nicest staffs of any dealership I've ever dealt with in my 61 years, it seemed like we had known them our whole lives. We would definitely go back and buy from this dealership again. I can see why they've won many awards and the owner should be very proud of the employees and their hard work.

Amazing experience with the sales department!! Went in after talking to multiple dealership and worked with Ray Robertston. He seemed to genuinely care about the customer (me) having a good relationship and treated you (me) like a person and not a number. He was considerate, thoughtful, low pressure and overall just an amazing person. Kiersten gave us a price and while I was hoping to "negotiate" a little she gave us her best price the first time which I totally respect (which was lower than any other dealership we had shopped both in state and out of state). I appreciated that she wasn't playing games; she was stratightforward, transparent, up front and friendly. It took me less than an hour to walk into the dealership and drive away with a new car so I also appreciated how respectful of my time they were. I said here's the car our son wants, they said here's our best price, we both said done.

I had an issue and tried to deal with Stellantis directly. I got nowhere fast. I brought it to Peter's attention in service and he went to work with his manager to figure out a solution. Being a return customer definitely helped the situation. The problem was resolved with zero cost to me. Thanks.

Had an Awful buying experience. Sales person promised multiple items on a used truck would be resolved before taking possession. Non were completed before being handed the keys. Be very careful of what Mark promises, get everything in writing that their sales people promise. Be very careful trusting anything they tell you.

This dealership deserves 5.0 stars … simply because of Peter Adamis … easily the best service department I’ve ever experienced. Utterly knowledgeable and super easy to work with. STAY AWAY! This is an absolute JOKE of a dealership! Lack of knowledge from any of their staff, no follow through, no communication, very rude finance manger, and the list could go on. Bought a 2024 GMC AT4 for ~60k, spending that kind of money, you would think they would work with you and disclose all items. After a few weeks I noticed surface rust all over the undercarriage of my truck. When I reached out to ask if there is anything they could do, they flat out said no. This is after I got free oil changes for dealing with their nonsense of a finance manger. After staying persistent with their staff, I was told a manager would reach out to me. I have followed up numerous times and it's gone no where, no manager has reached out, as to be expected from this place. It is clear this dealership has no ethics and will do whatever means necessary to close a deal.

The sales man, Jack, was great. Very happy with him. But it’s been awhile and we have not gotten anything back about financing and the trade in has not been paid off. Very disappointed in finance.

Pushy annoying salesman, he didn’t even know the 2026 came with 10 years of warranty… and he sells them… lol got to be kidding me.. We drove to Texas and bought the truck for 15k off instead.

The employees were very professional and went out of their way to assist with questions. Dealt with salesman Garrett Smith who was polite and knowledgeable.

I brought my Jeep in today, just for a diagnostic. After having it for 6 and 1/2 hours I get a text message that they need to have it all weekend because they haven't had time to look at it yet. When I call in the service manager changes the story and tells me that he has had a chance to look at it but can't hear the noise that it's clear every time I turn and move the vehicle. That tells me somebody's lying to me, the story just changed too rapidly. It sounds like the technician didn't have time at all to look at it and when I asked for a manager after they told me they'd have it all weekend they came up with a story that they couldn't hear it and needed more time. I was hoping to be able to use this shop now that I've moved back to Castle Rock, but I can't trust a new vehicle to me to them now... and all I wanted this time was a diagnosis.... This was my review from 3 years ago... Seems the new building houses the same terrible techs... My Jeep is my business... literally and I need it running to keep that business alive. I lost a considerable amount of time and as such business/money thanks to the incompetent service department here. After an oil cooler failed again and was replaced under warranty, I started getting a code while driving it home from those repairs. Over the course of the year, the Jeep was in and out of the shop here, one time spending 28 days at the dealership torn apart, with them waiting for parts. No loaner, and poor to no communication about it. I only got movement by escalating the issue to the owners of the dealership. After thousands in repairs, I ended up taking it to Faricy Boys. Who in one afternoon, quickly diagnosed the original code issue as being a faulty/pinched wiring harness. That's it. A simple, $15 wiring harness that likely was squished when they replaced the oil cooler and the 'master' techs at this dealership couldn't figure this easy fix out. To their credit their management tried to remedy the situation with rentals, refunds, a tow in the middle of our vacation, and the like. The problem with the Jeep persisted though, and the 'Master' techs they have weren't getting to the root of the problem and the Jeep kept failing. While I greatly appreciate that they took care of these things, none of that wipes out the fact I MONTHS of time during peak wheeling season and I cannot recommend that anyone brings their vehicle here, work, personal or otherwise.

I enjoyed my experience here. Stephan wasn’t pushy and was very helpful. Listened to all my questions and got me into the car I wanted!

I brought my Mustang Mach-E to Castle Rock Ford for its 60,000-mile service. What should have been a straightforward EV maintenance visit turned into a roughly $500 bill, and I will not be returning. My service advisor was Chase Jacobsen, and my biggest issue is the lack of transparency and authorization surrounding what I was charged. The biggest surprise was $179.95 for an “Alignment (Basic - Toe Adjustment).” I NEVER authorized this service. Chase did not call me to say my Mach-E needed an alignment. He did not explain what they found. He did not tell me it would cost $179.95. Most importantly, he never asked for my approval before performing the service and charging me for it. What makes this especially frustrating is that Chase DID call me during the same visit to ask for authorization for an approximately $600 repair to my sunglasses holder. I declined it. So clearly there was an understanding that additional repairs and charges should be presented to me for approval. Why was I specifically asked to authorize a $600 repair, but a $179.95 alignment was performed and added to my bill without my permission? Then there’s the alignment itself. Despite paying nearly $180, I wasn’t provided a before-and-after alignment report. No measurements showing what was out of specification. No explanation of what needed adjustment. No final measurements showing what was corrected. My paperwork simply says: “ALIGNMENT (BASIC - TOE ADJUSTMENT)” That’s it. This is particularly frustrating because routine maintenance on a Mach-E is minimal compared with a traditional gas vehicle. Ford’s scheduled maintenance primarily consists of inspections and tire rotations at regular intervals, with relatively few major scheduled maintenance items at 60,000 miles. There are no routine oil changes. No spark plugs. No traditional engine maintenance. Yet somehow this one routine 60,000-mile visit approached $500, including a $179.95 service that I never authorized. My biggest piece of advice if you choose to service your vehicle here is to make them show you the pricing before any work is performed. Ask exactly what each service costs and make it explicitly clear that no additional paid work is authorized without your approval. Based on my experience, pricing was not clearly communicated or volunteered to me. If you don’t specifically ask, don’t assume they’re going to clearly explain what you’re about to be charged. If an inspection reveals that my vehicle needs something additional, the process should be simple: Tell me what you found. Show me why it needs to be done. Tell me what it costs. ASK ME if I authorize it. Chase demonstrated that exact process when he called me about the $600 sunglasses-holder repair. For reasons I still don’t understand, that same basic level of communication and authorization wasn’t applied to the $179.95 alignment. I shouldn’t have to get home after a routine service appointment, research Ford’s maintenance schedule myself, and reverse-engineer my invoice just to understand why I was charged what I was charged. I went to a Ford dealership because I expected professional and transparent service for my Mach-E. Instead, I left frustrated and questioning a charge I never approved. If you choose to service your vehicle here, get every price upfront and make your authorization requirements crystal clear. I will not be returning to Castle Rock Ford for service.

I called 17 times in a row before getting him to answer and when he did, he just literally laughed at me! Come to find out he was removed from the Dodge dealership due to no one liking him over there. When my daughter tried to get answers out of julian the service manager, he was rude to her and could not answer basic questions about the car. Not sure where they found these to clowns but steer clear. Save yourselves the headaches and the lies, and the bad deals and go to another dealer. This place is absolutely horrible.

Terrible experience. Terrible business etiquette. We were set on buying a truck and our wonderful salesman Brody scheduled us to come the next day because they were closing in 2ish hours. We came in at the scheduled time and they said someone else was test driving the truck but not to worry because we got there first. Turns out that didn't matter to the big boss, Julian. They completely disregarded our agreement and sold to the highest bidder. They have no word and I would not trust doing business there.

I haven’t touched the inside of the windshield. Unsure why or how there are scratches on the inside. The scratches are hard to be seen from the inside, can be seen from the outside if it’s looked at from the right angle, but can definitely be felt. The scratches go up and down which is also strange. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than two months without my vehicle, I feel it's important to share my experience. I brought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator EcoDiesel to Castle Rock Chrysler Jeep after oil was discovered in the cooling system. The dealership diagnosed a failed oil cooler and replaced the cooling system under warranty. When I picked up the vehicle on 5/22/26, I inspected it myself and found that oil was still present in the cooling system. I immediately contacted the dealership and Jeep Cares, and the vehicle was returned to the dealership four days later so the repair could be completed. As of today (6/24/26), the vehicle has been out of service for more than two months, and I still do not have an explanation for why oil remains in the cooling system or what the plan is to resolve the original concern. Instead, the discussion has shifted to glow plug issue while the original problem remains unresolved. What has been most disappointing is the communication throughout this process. I have received inconsistent information, experienced long periods without updates, and despite the length and complexity of this warranty repair, I have never been contacted by the service manager to discuss my case. Jeep Cares has been courteous, but in my experience they have largely been relaying information from the dealership rather than helping move the repair toward a resolution. I understand that complex mechanical failures can take time to diagnose and repair. My frustration is not that a component failed—it's that after more than two months, I still don't have confidence that the original issue has been properly addressed, and communication has fallen well below what I expected from both the dealership and the manufacturer. I sincerely hope this review encourages someone in management to review my case and help bring it to a proper resolution.

It’s getting close to two months. I’ve done multiple calls and emails.
