Tried to come up with a deal to trade a vehicle in. The joker of a manager said would not pay more than auction price which is 8k less than trade in value. Needless to say trade in vehicle low mileage, great condition and manager refused to even consider negotiations. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Southfork are scamming customers and just laugh when you do and bring it to their attention. I am working with Department of motor vehicle, corporate, bbb ,etc to file formal complaint on this dealership. I brought my Mustang Mach-E to Castle Rock Ford for its 60,000-mile service. What should have been a straightforward EV maintenance visit turned into a roughly $500 bill, and I will not be returning.
My service advisor was Chase Jacobsen, and my biggest issue is the lack of transparency and authorization surrounding what I was charged.
The biggest surprise was $179.95 for an “Alignment (Basic - Toe Adjustment).” I NEVER authorized this service.

Updated 11 Aug 2025: I have to update this review to state a few concerns. 1. We asked that the $399 LoJack charge be removed and were told it could not be as it was mandatory. We have since learned it is not mandatory in CO and should be negotiable. 2. When we went to leave with our new truck, we learned only one key was available, adding a $600 fee to our purchase for a new key. Had a great experience with this dealership. We went in with a good idea of what we wanted but their inventory was not quite what we were looking for. They tracked down the exact truck that we wanted within 24 hours and had it for us within a couple of days. They even came to get us when we did not have an easy way to pick it up! Noticed some deep scratches or gouges on the inside of my brand new truck about two weeks after purchase and because it wasn’t noticed the day I bought it, they weren’t willing to assist in getting filler. I haven’t touched the inside of the windshield. Unsure why or how there are scratches on the inside. The scratches are hard to be seen from the inside, can be seen from the outside if it’s looked at from the right angle, but can definitely be felt. The scratches go up and down which is also strange. I had a great experience for service for my car welcoming staff and friendly. I was helped fairly quickly. There was space to sit down and do my homework study areas desks they had available and clean lobby waiting area with snacks and hydration and coffee very well clean and maintained.
I bought my 2025 Jeep Wrangler there because I love the dealership. Even before I traded my 2019 in, I have been bringing it in for service because the facilities are nice, clean, modern, and everyone is very friendly there. I’ve never had any issues getting my vehicle serviced there.

I was getting an engine light on my Ram 2500- Sierra got me in for service the same day, had the problem diagnosed and part on the way by the following morning, and full repair completed in time for me to haul horses to a scheduled event on the weekend. So pleased with the professionalism and honesty of this repair job.

Recently moved here from Florida and had multiple error codes on my Jeep Rubicon x on Sunday. Made an online appointment for Monday morning. Service rep Jason was accommodating, diagnosed the problem same day , had the rear wheel sensor delivered on Tuesday morning , it was installed and total turnaround time was approximately 24 hrs. Katie at the service desk and Ethan in service are some of the most incredible customer service personnel I have ever encountered. My engine basically blew up on a Saturday right before they closed. Katie got me a shuttle to get off the highway safely and Ethan checked in with me first thing Monday morning to start the repair. I’ve never had service this incredible in my life!
