We have since learned it is not mandatory in CO and should be negotiable. 2. When we went to leave with our new truck, we learned only one key was available, adding a $600 fee to our purchase for a new key. I am waiting for a response to a call placed yesterday to the used car sales manager to clarify why two keys were not available as that is pretty much standard in my experience. These additional charges make it difficult for retired veterans such as myself, as well as most families, to make purchases within their budgets. Mark Cerni was terrific! He took great care of us!

Jeff was by far the best salesmen I have ever worked with, No pressure and was always giving me options and always had suggestions on other vehicles which may work for me in addition to what I was looking at to help me stick to my budget.
